 Part of this tattoo is done with blacklight reactive ink. The black outline is still in regular ink, but all the glowing bits are the reactive ink. This is definitely one that I could hide from my mother. This one was done by Richie. From Random Good Stuff.Now if they could just figure out how to tattoo without the needles.
